Shipping & Returns
At this time we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible. We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice, in a condition unacceptable for resale. Please contact us by phone or by email - email@example.com - to discuss return and exchange options.
If we are notified within 30 days of an order being delivered, the order will be eligible for an exchange with an item of equal value, or for an upgrade to an item of a higher value, difference in price being paid by the customer.
Should an item be defective or damaged, we will repair or exchange the item for the same item. Please contact us by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

All shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.
Commissioned orders, customized orders, and gift certificates are not exchangeable or returnable.
Please pack jewelry in a well-padded box and ship via UPS, USPS or Fedex. Shipping insurance is not required, but it is recommended. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damages incurred from shipping of returned products. Claims must be completed by appropriate parties.
Our orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail depending on order value.
To domestic buyers (within the US): If your package is returned to us because you were not able to be contacted at the time of delivery, you will receive a refund for your order LESS the shipping fee and LESS the restocking fee for the item(s) you ordered.
We ship orders valued under $350USD with USPS First Class International (2-5 weeks) Please contact us for shipping options for orders over $350USD. Many countries require VAT/import fees at customs before delivery can be completed. The buyer is solely responsible for these fees.
To international buyers (outside of the US): If your package is returned to us because you either were not able to be contacted at the time of delivery, or if you refuse to pay your country's import fees, you will receive a refund for your order less the shipping fee, less the import fee (if we were charged for it), and less the restocking fee for the item(s) you ordered.

The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exchange is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Please be sure to:
Require a signature + obtain a tracking number for the package
Fully insure the package
Use a sturdy box to insure safe delivery
Indicate customer name + order number clearly inside the box
For returns or exchanges, be sure to include all original packaging
We require payment in full before production can begin and before jewelry can be shipped.
Payments accepted include: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Discover and AfterPay.
Payment plans are available, in which the item will be shipped upon final payment. If you would like to do a payment plan, please email email@example.com
Rush orders are accepted on a case by case basis and are subject to a rush fee of 20%. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Because jewelry is delicate in nature we will repair any Junon Jewelry piece due to normal wear and tear, or due to a defect in craftsmanship. All reasonable repairs are free. For repairs caused by damage inflicted by the wearer, there will be a determined fee.
If you provide us with the incorrect size, there will be a small fee to resize the piece. Don’t know your ring size? Visit your local jewelry store! Most jewelry stores will size you for free, and then you can get an accurate size.
If you need a longer chain length on any of our pieces, contact us at email@example.com so we can accommodate your request.
Any changes to an order or cancellation of an order must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of the order being placed. Cancellations to rush orders are not accepted. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been shipped.
