Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

All pieces are custom and made to order, please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks for completion. We recommend ordering 2-3 months ahead of your intended event. We offer a rush service for delivery in 2 weeks with a 20% fee if needed.
